If, for any reason, either you want to cancel the booking you made or you are not completely satisfied with a service, we invite You to review our policy on cancellation & refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any Booking of Service/s that You made with Us.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
You are entitled to cancel Your Booking at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled service time, optionally giving a reason to do so.

A cancellation fee will be applicable if the cancellation is made within 3 hours of the scheduled service time and a professional has already been assigned to your booking.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee of up to ₨. 200. This fee is paid to the professional as compensation for reserving thier time for your service, during which they are unable to accept other jobs.

Refunds are applicable only for prepaid bookings.
When a refund is processed, it will be transacted directly to the bank account for which you have provided details. We ensure that the refund process is initiated promptly, and you can expect the amount to be credited to your account within a time frame of 7-8 working days from the receipt of your cancellation request and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, until and unless your cancellation request satisfies the applicable conditions for refund.
In order for the Booking/s to be eligible for cancellation and hence refund, please make sure that:
1. In cases when the service booking is cancelled from User end:
1.1. Service booking must be made at least 3 hours before cancellation for eligibility.
1.2. To initiate the refund process, You may need to provide proof of cancellation request, like a confirmation email or booking reference number.
1.3. It is important to note that that refunds may take some time to process, that is, 8 to days, so be patient while waiting for the amount to be credited.
1.4. Refunds are only applicable for prepaid bookings, optionally giving a reason to do so.
2. In cases when the servicing is cancelled from Provider end:
2.1. If the service provider fails to fulfil their commitment or cancels the service on their end, You should be automatically entitled to a full refund for the booking promptly
2.2. As a customer/user, You have the right to know the reason for the cancellation, and the service provider should provide a valid explanation.
2.3. If the service provider fails to offer a full refund or delays the refund process unreasonably, You may need to escalate the matter through proper channels, such as contacting CityPicks customer support or mailing a complaint to seek resolution.
2.4. It is important to keep track of all communication with the service provider, including emails, messages, and other type of virtual documents, as these may be required for reference during refund process.
2.5. If the service provider fails to fulfil their commitment or cancels the service on their end end, You should be automatically entitled to a full refund for the booking promptly.
